Call, e-mail, write or drop in to one of our offices in Portland, Oregon or Las Vegas, Nevada. We at Western Architectural strive to make your experience with us as straightforward and simple as possible.

Service Response

If we’re in the office, we can start the discovery process right away with you over the phone or email. If we’re out of the office with another client, we’ll do our best to return your call or letter within 24 hours. Formal requests for information requiring research and documentation may take slightly longer.

What to Expect

When you work with Western Architectural, you’ll have a direct relationship with the consultant or project manager most involved on your account. We document site visits, meetings, and project developments so you always have a paper trail of the work performed. Our goal is to let you know what to expect along the way so there are no surprises.

In many cases, our clients request our presence on the job site to oversee, guide, or inspect the construction or repair being done. We document everything with notes, digital photos, and scientific analysis when necessary (moisture, elevation, mold readings, etc.) All of this is delivered to you as soon as possible.

The Bidding Process

When you request services from Western Architectural, we prepare a written estimate of services based on our time, expenses and materials needed to perform the work. We can also provide market cost estimates on the work we recommend, based on current labor and materials prices. These can help you choose the right path for your building’s budget.

Your Guarantee

Western Architectural unconditionally guarantees the quality of work performed by our consultants. We cannot guarantee any work done by other contractors, architects or employees of other firms. In these areas, our services are advisory. Before, during, and at the end of every project, our goal is to make our clients happy.

Follow-up Work

In many cases, our work is done before the repairs or construction. We present a plan for construction or a plan for remediation, but then it is your contractors who do the work. In this case, Western Architectural can provide final inspection and testing services on the quality of the repairs or construction, and scientific testing and analysis to determine whether moisture and mold levels have been adequately corrected.
